Color Selector

Work with colors in real time and get immediate metrics on any color you're considering. The selector gives you HEX, RGB, and HSL values instantly, with one-click clipboard copy and PDF export.#

Navigate to Selector#

Use:

⌘ 3 - or click the Select icon in the toolbar

Picking a color#

There are several ways to select a color in the Color Selector:

1 Swatch picker — Press the swatch next to "PICK A COLOR" to open Apple's built-in color picker and choose a color visually.

2 HEX input — Type or paste a HEX value directly into the hex field. Make sure to include the # symbol.

3 Surprise Me — Click the surprise button for a random color.

4 Color swatches — Click any color swatch shown to make it the active HEX color.

Tip: Click the copy icon next to any color swatch to copy that specific value to the clipboard — handy when you want to grab a related color without switching your main selection.
